The “days of wonder” are upon us!
“In the last days, God says,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your young men will see visions,
your old men will dream dreams.
Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days,
and they will prophesy.
I will show wonders in the heavens above
and signs on the earth below,
blood and fire and billows of smoke.”
Paul Cain, Bob Jones, and John Paul Jackson were affectionately called “The Kansas City Prophets.”
Although they were weak and broken men, they had extraordinary prophetic gifts.
I do not think it is a coincidence that they were all buried on 2/22 in different years. I think there is a message regarding the dates they died and the date they were all buried.
Bob Jones died on February 14, 2014 – Valentine’s Day. Bob had a death experience in 1975 where he went to heaven and was asked one question: “Did you learn to love?” He was sent back to earth after being told about a great end-time revival that would take place. Of course, Valentines Day is the day we celebrate love.
John Paul Jackson died on February 18, 2015 – Ash Wednesday. John Paul had a supernatural birth. An angel appeared to his mother before his birth, telling her that she would soon give birth to a son and she was to name him John Paul. The angel told her that he would have an 11th-hour ministry and even her pregnancy would be a sign. He was born after being in her womb 11 months! John Paul taught on dreams and visions. One of his last messages was calling our nation to repentance as he saw a “perfect storm” coming. Ash Wednesday is a day that marks a season of fasting, repentance, and prayer.
Paul Cain died on February 12, 2019 – the Latter Rain Revival began on that date. Paul also had a supernatural birth. When his mother was pregnant with him, she had three terminal diseases. An angel appeared to her and told her that she would have a son and she should name him Paul as he would preach the gospel like the apostle Paul. (She was completely healed and lived to the age of 105.) Paul was a part of the Latter Rain Revival in the 40’s and 50’s, preaching to crowds of thousands. He operated in a word of knowledge gift and many were healed in his meetings.
Paul Cain became discouraged because of the jealousy and backbiting that he experienced during the Latter Rain Revival. The Lord took him out of ministry and into the desert for 30 years (known as his silent years). During that period he was to return to his first love and to make the ministry of love his highest priority.
During his time in the desert, Paul Cain saw a re-occurring vision over 100 times. He saw stadiums being filled with people ministering day and night. No one knew the names of those ministering, and the dead were being raised and the major news stations were reporting on all the miracles taking place.
These three men were all buried on 2/22. I don’t think that is a coincidence!
In 1998, Lou Engle wrote a book entitled “Digging the Wells of Revival.” He wrote about how he kept seeing the number 222 everywhere. Chuck Pierce and Dutch Sheets also wrote a book in 2005, entitled “Releasing the Prophetic Destiny of a Nation,” where Dutch also recounts how he was seeing the number 222 everywhere. They both felt it had to do with Isaiah 22:22: “I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.”
King David is an example of the “new government of love.” (See Isaiah 16:5, Msg) When we return to our first Love, and we learn to love, I believe substantial spiritual authority will be entrusted to us (the key of David).
